It is recommended that you book Four weeks in advance. As some of our top sellers are rented every week.
A deposit is required. Your deposit is used to hold your date and time slot while the details of your order are being finalized by you. Your booking will only be solidified upon complete payment of your order. Please note your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
During the inquiry process we will inquire about set up time on the day of your event, the duration of your event, as well as the breakdown time of your event. If you’re interested in having your rental longer than 1 day please make sure you inform staff during the inquiry process, please note additional fees will be applied.

We deliver to all party locations, whether it’s a corporate event, your home, an event hall, or restaurants. We do NOT deliver to parks and open public spaces. All we ask is you ensure that there is clearance for the Flower wall which is 8ft by 8ft.
